Ben was great in resolving my order disputes over the phone. I was not impressed in the customer service via e-mail / website case logging but good to know that their support service over the phone is still great :)!

Purchased a pc with next day delivery and left some questions to their support. Next day nearly over already and not a single 1 response. Have now left multiple support requests. For paying over £5000 this service is NOT acceptable at all...

After a family member had a good experience with Overclockers, I decided to give them a try -

Ordered an RX 6800 from overclockers, item was received in very safe packaging and the little pack of haribo sweets was a nice bonus.

Great selection of products at reasonable prices. Everything I ordered arrived promptly (actually faster than I expected) by fully tracked courier delivery, and safely packaged. Would recommend and use again.

Amazing Service. I ordered a monitor that turned out to have a fault (slight but distinct grey bar across the center of the screen). They got back to my ticket first thing, arranged for an RMA next day. They processed the RMA and I had a replacement delivery 3 days later. The agent was professional and helpful throughout. Their service is excellent, worth paying a slight premium for over the discount retailers. Highly recommended.

This was my first PC build and after 30 years of working on Macs I was a little underconfident that I would get all of the parts that I needed and if they were going to be compatible.
I am so glad that I purchased everything at Overclockers. The patient and knowledgeable staff guided me through my list and gave great advice.
The delivery was very speedy and once I had the build done, the Overclockers' staff were there with any questions or concerns that I had.
Exemplary service and will definitely recommend to anyone who wishes to embark on PC build adventure.

I ordered the Ducky One 3 keyboard - it arrived the next day before I'd even started work! The keyboard was well packed for delivery (including sweets!) and is an absolute joy to use. The OC website was easy to use and filtering out items that weren't in stock made ordering very easy.

I've ordered my laptop from overclockers uk on a Friday and wanted it delivered the next day but that didn't go through. So I emailed them and they organized my laptop to be delivered on Sunday with no extra cost and they've even left me a small pack of harribos!!! Everything was amazing and fantastic!! I couldn't be more happier!!

Over lockers was the only place that I could get what I was after. But the delivery costs where astronomical. The part, a short thin wire that was under £4, that would have fitted into an envelope and could have been posted recorded delivery for less than £3. Cost us over £8 for delivery. I will not use again unless absolutely necessary.
